We have worked with Zsa Zsa Property since it was established in 2015, providing all of their creative needs including branding, print collateral, and digital media.
Our brief for this project was to bring a point of difference to Zsa Zsa’s brand of real estate in an industry where hard sells are commonplace.
The collateral we have developed over the years is sophisticated and imaginative, and is the result of a close relationship with Danielle, the owner of the business.
Understanding the company’s mission and spending quality time with its stakeholders is a significant part of our design process. This has been critical in capturing Zsa Zsa’s aesthetic as well as Danielle’s personal style.
We developed a website which focuses more on lifestyle rather than as a conventional real estate marketing tool.
Alongside listings, it also features nearby restaurants, galleries, and shops. This has resulted in a website that is both robust and beautiful.
